Cryptopsy
Excellent Canadian Jazz-Grind.
But what album was the best, and what was the worst, in my opinion?
Let's have a countdown.
(Since I don't have Blasphemy Made Flesh, and haven't heard much off it, it's not on the list, because I cannot judge it if I haven't heard it)
#4: And Then You'll Beg.

Kicked ass. Very fast, crushing, powerful, catchy. But Mike's voice kinda ruined it. A lot. Favorite songs: And Then It Passes, We Bleed.
#3: Whisper Supremacy.

Also very fast, crushing, powerful. Mike's vocals again took away from it, but the vocals kicked ass of those in And Then You'll Beg. Favorite songs: Emaciate, White Worms.
#2: Once Was Not.

In terms of production, this album was perfect. Favorite songs: In The Kingdom Where Everything Dies, the Sky is Mortal, Carrionshine, Keeping The Cadaver Dogs Busy, Angelskingarden, Pestilence That Walketh in Darkness.
#1: None So Vile.

My first Cryptopsy CD, handed to me by Lord Worm himself.
I fucking wish.
Not the fastest or the most powerful, but it was the most brilliant and I got the best vibe off this one. Favorite songs: Everything but Slit Your Guts. |
